Teflon lined valves and pip lines has its inherent speacial quality.Please take atten it on as follows when take them into installing，mainting etc.
1.Please do not disconnect valve'sro of unless the valves are ready to connect with pipe.If you need any inspecting inside，please back the roof immediately after checking to protect PTFE flange surface.
2.Generaly，it is no need to use wa her while connecting wih general pipe，but to special fango(such as metal)，please take a appropriate wa her to protect flange surface.
3.If there is any leakage at high temperature， please decline the using temperature first， then do investigation and maintenance.
4.lt is strictly prohibited to do any high-temperature welding on valves and pipes.
5.Please screw the flange symmetrically with a proper torque in installng.
①if there isle kage on flange sealing surface and the nu there is locked， please loosen the nut half a circle， then lock it again.
2If the way below can not prevent leakage， please check if there is some damage on PTFE flange surface， if it is， flat surface by sandpaper or fabric then reconnecting with pipe.
6.Please put valves and pipes in a dry and vent lav tive room.Do not stack them.
7.When the valves need longtime deposit ng.please keep the seal pair opened a little.
8.To manual valves， any forcible open and close or by other levers is disallowed.
9.To direction required valves， please take attention that meduim's flowing should per to the arrow valve's body shows.
10.The fixed valve can only be installed after standard inspection.
11.Usually the valve in use do not as afio w control use，Because of the highspeed medium abandoned lead to seal face early failure，cause valve seal leakage.
12.For toxic，flammable，explosive，strong corrosive medium line of valve，it is strictly prohibit to change fler under pressure conditon.Although the valve have seal function during its design，it also not be recommended in the belt pressure condition to change ller.
13.The valve in use process to reduce tempora ture change，the temperature diference can not be too big.Because the different thermal system between the rubber fluorine plastic and metal valve body，temperature difference will ead fluorine plastic layer and body wall from，wil influence the service life of the valve.
14.The valve should be used in the normal temperature range，beyond the normal operating temperature，can make the valve inte mal parts and lining layers hink or thermal deformation，and cause valve seal leakage，that the valve can not be used no mally.
15.The valve should be avoided in pipe were used in the negative pressure condi ion，If there is an eg at ve pressure，it is easy to cause the valve body cavity liner fiu or in e plastic layer suck out(drum out) ，shells，lead to the valve failure when it open and close.If need to use in the negative pressure condition，must according to the specific conditions of negative pressure parameters for special manufacturing to use.

18.Please put valves and pipes in a dry and vent lative room.Do not stack them.Avoid stacked in near heat source，prevent fluorine plastic ageing deformation.When piled up at both ends flange sealing surface should have protective cover，and avoid both ends flange sealing surface pressure.
19.If the handle or handwheel rotation not flexible or can'to pen and close the valve， can loosen cap nut properly.When it is unscrew，should pay attention to the pipe in tem nally piloted valve what medium is，is used，or a new installation.If use medium is toxic，flammable，explosive material，workers should wear protective mask and gloves， and wear protective clothing according to operation procedure o poration.Avoid taking an accident when remove it.
20.The fixed valve can only be installed after standard inspection.
